It takes time to build up stamina and endurance. You will see progress after just 3 weeks if you go 3 times per week. I started with 10 minutes on the elliptical and after 3 weeks, I was doing 22 minutes. The trick is not to stop as soon as you feel out of breath... stay with the uncomfortable, I CAN'T DO IT ANY LONGER feeling a little longer and THAT is what pushes your body to improve.<br /><br />Let me know how it went. :o)<br /><br />My cleaning is suffering because of knitting too.SarcasticKlickerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07625696774203664581noreply@blogger.com
